Hosting

The Service is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States (vercel.com).

The database is hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany) by PingCAP (TiDB Cloud). Teaching content (exercise images, sounds and videos) is served by Cloudflare; it contains no personal data.

The domain name watchnlearn.eu is registered with Hostnet bv (Netherlands).

Intellectual property

All content of the Service (exercises, videos, images, sounds, texts, teaching manual, and the Watch'n'Learn brand and logo) is the property of ABA-INSTITUT or is used under licence. Any reproduction, display or distribution, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited.

Consumer mediation

In accordance with Articles L.611-1 et seq. of the Code de la consommation (French Consumer Code), consumers may use a médiateur de la consommation (French consumer-mediation scheme) free of charge. ABA-INSTITUT has designated CM2C (Centre de médiation de la consommation de conciliateurs de justice) — membership in progress; this notice will be updated with the mediator's full contact details.
